Orders may be placed online at www.lidiapefaurjewelry.com at any time.

Orders received by 4:30 PM EST will be shipped the same business day, provided the items are in stock. Saturday delivery may be available for orders placed by 4:30 PM EST on Friday; additional fees may apply. Orders for in-stock items placed after 4:30 PM EST on Friday or at any time on Saturday will ship the following Monday. Orders placed on holidays will ship on the next business day.

If an item is not currently in stock, a member of our team will contact you with an estimated delivery date. Delivery times for out-of-stock items typically range from two to four weeks. Should your piece be completed sooner than anticipated, it will be shipped immediately upon completion. You will receive an email notification once your order has shipped.

Please note that during holiday periods or times of unusually high order volume, production and delivery times may be extended. A member of our team will notify you if your order requires additional processing time.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, and other charges imposed by the destination country. These fees are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the purchase price or shipping charges. Any applicable duties, taxes, and fees will be collected by the carrier at the time of delivery.
