You may use this site for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You agree not to copy, reproduce, or use any content from the site, including text, images, designs, and product photography, without our written permission.

All product designs, names, logos, and content on this site are the property of Lidia Pefaur Fine Jewelry and protected by intellectual property law.

Orders

When you place an order, you're making an offer to buy. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order. Once we confirm and ship your order, a sale is final.

In-stock orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of being placed by emailing info@lidiapefaurjewelry.com. Bespoke and made-to-order pieces cannot be cancelled.

Prices are listed in US dollars and may change without notice. We do our best to keep product details, pricing, and availability accurate, but errors can happen. If we discover an error after you've ordered, we'll contact you before processing.

Payment

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Shop Pay, and Apple Pay. Your payment must be authorized before we can ship. For any other payment method, write to us and we'll find a way.

Made-to-order, custom, and bespoke pieces

Custom designs, made-to-order pieces, resized pieces, and reworked or special-order items are final sale. We'll confirm the details with you in writing before production begins. Lead times run approximately 3 weeks and will be shared at the time of order.

Shipping

Every piece ships fully insured with signature required. In-stock pieces ship within 3 business days. We ship internationally; any applicable duties and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient and will be shown at checkout or due on delivery, depending on your country.

Returns

All sales are final. If a piece arrives damaged or incorrect, email info@lidiapefaurjewelry.com with your order number and a photo, and we'll make it right.

Care and use

Fine jewelry is delicate by nature. Please follow the care guidance provided in our FAQ. We're not responsible for damage caused by wear, accident, exposure to chemicals, or improper care.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lidia Pefaur Fine Jewelry is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or our products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the piece in question.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version will always appear here, with the date at the top.

These terms are governed by the laws of Florida, US, without regard to conflict of law principles.
