HOW TO CLEAN OUR JEWELRY

Wash your jewelry with warm water and a drop of mild dish soap. Gently clean with a soft brush or cloth, then dry thoroughly.

For white gold pieces, rhodium plating may naturally wear over time and can be professionally re-plated to restore its bright finish. Avoid exposure to chlorine, as it can weaken gold. Keep jewelry away from abrasive surfaces and store each piece separately to minimize scratching, especially pieces crafted in softer 18k gold.

WHAT TO AVOID

Apply makeup, perfume, hairspray, and other beauty products before putting on your jewelry. Avoid wearing gold or enameled pieces while swimming, as chlorine can damage gold, causing pitting and brittleness over time.

Orders received by 4:30 PM EST will be shipped the same business day, provided the items are in stock. Saturday delivery may be available for orders placed by 4:30 PM EST on Friday; additional fees may apply. Orders for in-stock items placed after 4:30 PM EST on Friday or at any time on Saturday will ship the following Monday. Orders placed on holidays will ship on the next business day.

If an item is not currently in stock, a member of our team will contact you with an estimated delivery date. Delivery times for out-of-stock items typically range from two to four weeks. Should your piece be completed sooner than anticipated, it will be shipped immediately upon completion. You will receive an email notification once your order has shipped.

Please note that during holiday periods or times of unusually high order volume, production and delivery times may be extended. A member of our team will notify you if your order requires additional processing time.
